How were these sources modified?
- Only Freehold or Leaseholds are included
- Filtered out Properties that had a type Other
- Only included Regions where there are transactions past 01/01/2018
- These together filter out about 500.000 (about 2%) data points but makes the data set more usable and easier to understand.
